Set when the text begins with the core’s stand-in for an answer the model
didn’t write, because the turn staged an action (in the person’s
language): the exact sentence, followed by anything the turn appended
(\n\n and a list it surfaced). A channel that shows its own
confirmation UI drops it from what it shows; the archive keeps it.
